Il friulano Luca Manfè ha vinto il nuovo MasterChef Usa. E’ arrivato in finale grazie al frico, piatto tipico del Friuli di origine povera, nato come sistema per recuperare gli avanzi del formaggio con patate e burro.
La vittoria italiana spinge il Made in Italy sulle tavole degli americani, dove le esportazioni sono aumentate di ben l’8,3 per cento a testimonianza del successo della cucina italiana in un difficile momento di crisi. Lo afferma la Coldiretti, sulla base dei dati Istat relativi al primo quadrimestre dell’anno. Se la tendenza sarà mantenuta le esportazioni di prodotti agroalimentari italiani negli Stati uniti potrebbero raggiungere – sostiene la Coldiretti – il record storico di 3 miliardi di euro nel 2013.
